Shipping & Returns

Standard Shipping

  • We ship everywhere in the continental USA, except PO Boxes or military/armed forces locations (AA/AE/AP). We do not ship abroad to Alaska, Hawaii, or military bases (APO/FPO addresses). We do not ship to Canada or internationally.
  • We offer Home Delivery, Express Saver, and 2-day Shipping for the Continental U.S. only. Orders of $150 (should this be 300.00) or above qualify for free shipping.
    We ship via FedEx Ground for Home Delivery. If upgraded shipping is selected, services and rates are subject to change depending on location prior to placing your order. We make every effort to get your package to its destination as quickly as possible.
  • Your order will typically be processed in 2-3 days. Custom orders may be subject to longer lead times. Depending on the location, shipping may take 2-8 days.
    Items shipped in the Northeast typically take 3-5 days to arrive from the time you place your order. Items shipped to the West Coast can take up to 10 days, not counting weekends and holidays.
  • An email notification, including tracking information, will be sent to you when your packages have shipped. If you do not see the tracking information right away, sometimes the shipping label is created in advance of pick-up, or there is a delay in the carrier tracking system. Return Policy

  • Because of the perishable nature of many of our products, De Medici Imports, Ltd. purchases are not eligible for return or exchange except in case of damage or breakage.
    In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please call or email us at [email protected]. Please write DAMAGED SHIPMENT in the subject line and include a photo image of the damage, if possible. Please call or email us at [email protected] about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item, please contact mailto:[email protected] so that we can assist you. Please write DEFECTIVE ITEM in the subject line. A photo image is helpful to speed up any claims. Make sure to keep all original packaging, and please note that all returns must occur within 14 days of delivery.
