Why our macarons? They are 100% handcrafted in Swiss pastry chef Gerard Dubois's state-of-the-art workshop. Made with the finest ingredients, filled with pâte de fruit, and finished with hand-painted chocolate.
Handling: Keep in freezer at -18°C. Thaw slowly in the refrigerator at 4°C for 8 hours before serving. Maximum storage time in refrigerator at 4°C and in its original sealed bag: 6 days.
